Community Empowerment and Transformation (COMMIT) Nepal consists of members of the Badi community in Nepal and actively engaged in the promotion of Badi community and other excluded marginalized communities under the theme of ‘A Community Campaign for Rights, Justice, Empowerment, Livelihood and Transformation.’ COMMIT Nepal was formally established in 2008 as a community-based organization. It is constituted as non-governmental, non-profit making, independent, autonomous and social organization.
